HI, my lower back just above the tail seems to twinge / pop when i try and perfrom a heavy deadlift although i have been deadlifitng for some years. Not sure why this is but i think i need to leave the heavy deadlifting until my back recouperates. I LOVE deadlifts! My question is what can i do instead of a deadlift whioch is just as good? I perfrom the big 3 so already doing squats. Should i do wegihted chins? Any help would be appreciated.
